Mark And Brian on Lucky

For over eight years, Lucky 98 FM listeners have started each weekday with one of radio’s legendary teams - Mark & Brian. Considered by many to be the premiere morning team of mainstream America, Mark & Brian can now be found in countless markets  nationwide and they continue to make mornings in the Tri-State area better than ever.

Because many of the market’s listeners grew up in Southern California, they have gravitated to Lucky 98’s Mark & Brian show. And Laughlin and Lake Havasu are a favorite place for both Mark and Brian to spend some of their leisure time. So, it seems natural to find Mark & Brian feeling right at home at Lucky 98. As a matter of fact, it was Brian who had the Mark & Brian organization originally contact Lucky about the possibilities of working together!

Bios
Mark Thompson, originally from Florence, Alabama, attended the University of Northern Alabama and claims he gravitated to radio because "he  didn’t want to  work at the plant." Years later, Mark is still stuck to the microphone, living in Santa Clarita Valley, and enjoying his life with wife, Lynda, and their three children.

Brian Phelps originally wanted to write, produce, and star in TV commercials since he was in elementary school. And years later, he is now living his wish. Originally starring in commercials shot in the Chicago area, he then toured with the comedy group "The Laughing Stock" after attending Illinois State University. In addition to his natural charm and talent, he has developed a wide range of character voices. An avid skydiver, Brian lives the good bachelor life in and around Los Angeles.
